Mood Boards: Visual concepts to set the tone of your space.
Material & Furniture Selection: Carefully curated furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Lighting, Window Treatments, & Flooring: All elements thoughtfully chosen to complete your design.
Project Management: Full oversight of the project from beginning to end.
Procurement & Installation: We’ll handle the sourcing and installation of all items.
2 Revisions: Two rounds of revisions for final approval.
On-Site Meetings: As needed to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
How It Works:
Scope of Work: The very first step of your design plan, the scope of work, this outlines the project’s vision and defines the work that needs to be done as well as what are the deliverables, so you understand exactly what’s involved. This is usually done early on and as part of the overall project plan.
Design Concept: In this phase, we begin creating your design concept based on your preferences, including mood boards, layouts, and material selections.
Design Approval & Sourcing: During the design phase, you’ll receive updates and detailed plans. After approval, we’ll begin sourcing and procuring all selected items.
Installation & Coordination: We manage the installation, ensuring everything is perfectly placed and aligned with the design.
Ongoing Support: We’re here for you, offering advice and support throughout the entire process.
Important:
The $4,000 fee covers only the designer's fee for concept creation, including mood boards, space planning, and the scope of work. This fee is for the initial design phase and is priced per room. Any additional services, including project management, overseeing procurement, purchasing, delivery, and installation, will be charged separately at an hourly rate of $200, based on the scope of work required.
